The Council appointed FMG to develop a Strategic Business Case (SBC) against the HM Treasury Green Book model which would identify the viability and sustainability of a mixed-use stadium in Barrow.
The Stadium is intended to provide a high-profile attraction which could be used for a range of activities including sports, leisure and events.
As part of this work, FMG carried out research, workshops, consultation and financial and economic analysis to establish if there was a project that should be taken forward for further analysis.
