Birmingham Commonwealth Games Stadium​

FMG were responsible for the delivery of the Business Cases for the Commonwealth Stadium for the Games in 2022 and the Legacy of the Games. ​

We developed the strategic, economic and financial case for the business cases. Our work included research, consultation, development of concepts and their evaluation, economic appraisals, business planning, financial modelling and presentation of the outcomes to the Department of Culture, Media and Sport and Sport England.
