FMG supported the Oldest Course in England in developing a long term strategic plan and business plan. The business plan included a financial appraisal of a number of development options including the sale of land for housing and redevelopment of the clubhouse and associated member / visitor attractions including re-positioning the club as a historic / fun visitor attraction with new and innovative visitor packages to increase revenue by over £100,000 per annum
