Football Foundation Multi-Sport Priorities

FMG were appointed by the Football Foundation and Sport England to identify potential multi-sport projects that could be subject to funding.
The key requirements of the project brief was to consult with the other main pitch sports (ECB, EH, RFU and RFL) both nationally and locally to identify their strategic facility priorities that align with the Local Football Facility Plan (LFFP) priorities. Following this, we worked with the NGBs to identify strategic sites for their sports that sit outside of the current LFFP list.
The outcome of the work was to develop a prioritised list of strategic multisport projects to be considered for investment, with readiness factors considered against the FF’s multi- sport policy. The findings are included within the Football Foundation’s latest LFFP updates which are being rolled out currently.
