The Council transferred its services from a Mutual Employee Trust to a LATCO. On the transfer the Trust Managing Director post became vacant and FMG were asked to undertake interim management (MD) of the new LATCO pending the appointment of a new MD.
Our work included leading the transition of the service into the LATCO, including TUPE, new service contracts, customer transfers, marketing and financial systems. The interim MD led the management team, implemented the transfer and growth of the LATCO, and now leading on the appointment of a new full time MD.
