FMG supported the Council with interim management services to support the development of energy investment across the leisure portfolio and subsequently supported the Council with its procurement of its leisure contract to Serco.

Our interim management services included working on site with other Council staff, sitting on their management team, performance analysis, investment oversight, managing resources and reporting on opportunities and changes to services.
