FMG supported the Council with interim management services to oversee the day to day running of the in-house service whilst developing facility strategies and preparing for a procurement process.
Our interim management services included providing management to their in-house team, advising the senior management team, performance analysis, investment oversight, managing resources and reporting on opportunities and changes to services.
We subsequently delivered the procurement process to outsource the management of their service to a leisure trust.
