Sport Wales – Plas Menai National Outdoor Centre

In 2021 we were appointed by Sport Wales to advise and support them to undertake a procurement process for a new operating partner for Plas Menai National Outdoor Centre. Our role involved providing financial, procurement and leisure advise and leading on the production of contract documentation, evaluation and bidder negotiations. 

The new operator contract successfully commenced in February 2023.
