FMG supported the Club in generating external funds to build a new indoor coaching studio to increase membership targeting women and children. The support also included development of a five year business plan and investment strategy which culminated in the club increasing membership (by c15%) and developing new secondary income from social and community events and by using state of the art digital software to bring on course images back into the clubhouse, increasing football and bar takings.
