- FMG supported the Council with interim management services to oversee the day to day running of the in-house service whilst developing facility strategies and preparing for a procurement process.
- Our interim management services included providing management to their in-house team, advising the senior management team, performance analysis, investment oversight, managing resources and reporting on opportunities and changes to services. 
- We subsequently delivered the procurement process to outsource the management of their service to a leisure trust.
