Leisure Management Options for Leisure Centres
Client: Mid Sussex District Council
The team were commissioned to evaluate the leisure management options available for Mid Sussex and recommend the best option for the Council to ensure on-going best value and secure efficiencies.
We carried out a full appraisal of the financial and non-financial implications of each of the available management options, including recommendations for the implementation of cost reductions. Our recommendation was accepted and implemented by the Council with the realisation of significant annual revenue savings. |
